“My work explores the landscapes and landmarks of New Hope and Lambertville as spaces shaped as much by memory and emotion as by physical reality. Bridges, trains, farms, and weathered buildings serve as visual anchors, transformed through color, contrast, and tonal editing into images that move beyond straightforward documentation.

Rather than presenting these places as purely representational, I use atmosphere and visual distortion to create scenes suspended between observation and recollection. Familiar environments become altered and emotionally charged, at times nostalgic, cinematic, or subtly surreal. Light and shadow are used not only to describe place, but to evoke the sensation of remembering it.

Through this work, I seek to reveal the poetic and painterly qualities embedded within the everyday landscape, inviting viewers to experience these local environments through a more personal and immersive lens, one that exists somewhere between reality, memory, and imagination.”
